PROJECT
FOCUS
STRATEGIC PLANNING & LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT
Mpower
Business Guides took our high performing team to the next level
by successfully facilitating our two day Strategic Planning Session.
Together we developed a five year Strategic Objective that will
guide our business actions for the coming future.
This
two day session really helped us define our business unit focus
and aided in our assessment of our current reality. Plus, with the
creation of our Strategic Indicators we are now able to quantify
our future success.
With
the development of our Strategic Objective we now have a tool to
get all staff focused on what we are really here to do. It links
us to Mountain Equipment Coop's overall organisational mission and
objectives. This makes it easier for us to stay on track and strengthens
our role as a business unit within the organisation.
Thanks
for your guidance.
