PROJECT
FOCUS
CHANGE MANAGEMENT FACILITATION
We engaged Mpower Business Guides to re-energize
and prepare our 16-member project team for the major challenge surrounding
the implementation of a new company-wide enterprise resource planning
system (ERP) on a very accelerated timetable. This massive project
involved implementation in the following functional areas: production,
finance, sales, customer service, inventory control and planning.
We needed our project team to work closely together and remain committed
to the success of this mission-critical implementation.
The
Mpower team mapped out and delivered a facilitation framework that
consisted of three sessions;
1. Team Building - What's
Working and What's Not?
2. Change Ambassadors - Leading the Way!
3. Project Decompression - Celebrate and Identify the Learning!
All three facilitation sessions were well organized,
which provided for seamless flow of energy amongst the group. This
allowed our project team to gain the necessary clarity and confidence
quickly. This, combined with practical change management knowledge,
helped achieve our goals.
Carmen and Michael both demonstrated a warm and trustworthy presence
in the sessions. Their easy going, yet direct and honest approach
provided an open atmosphere for the team members to talk freely
with the confidence of being heard. They brought fun, humour, compassion
and a sense of earnestness throughout the entire time we worked
with them.
We enjoyed your authentic personalities - you guy's are real people
not plastic! Thanks for your contribution to a successful implementation.
