Mpower
Business Guides were are our strategic guide's in the development
of our state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Centre. They
facilitated our team and myself through a vision framework that
provided the foundation for all our strategic and operational tactics
in this new Health Care enterprise.
They
also helped in the development of a comprehensive HR management
information system, complete with performance agreements, job standards,
recruiting and selection frameworks, plus performance appraisals
with employee communication and feedback procedures. This allowed
us to create an environment where our team-members could perform
their roles and accountabilities with operational excellence.
I was
