Tom Adams
Senior Associate Consultant
We
refer to Tom as our fresh air deliveryman. His passion is
to seek and share really cool ideas that inspire, educate
and empower people and companies to be more EXTRA than ordinary!

Tom
challenges people and companies to transform who they are and what
they do. He makes it his aim to find something new to learn every
day, and then shares that knowledge with those who might use it
best. Tom's personal goal is to live passionately and give others
fresh air through encouragement, enthusiasm, guidance and hope.
Tom
is an international consultant, motivational speaker and inspirational
storyteller who has touched thousands of people and hundreds
of companies across North America, The United Kingdom and Australia.

Tom
obtained a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Ontario
Bible College (now William Tyndale College) with a joint major
in vocal music and pastoral ministry. He went on to serve
as a Senior Minister in a multi-staff church, where he was
instrumental in seeing the highest average attendance in the
church's 150 year history.
His
other career has been in retail mens wear. Starting out as
a store salesperson, he was recruited by a fast growing private
menswear store where he assumed the role of General Manager.
Responsible for staffing, training, motivation, store management
and purchasing, Tom was an integral part of the growth from
1 to 5 stores and the 10 fold increase in sales.
For
the past few years, Tom has been a speaker, trainer, consultant,
television host and producer and managing partner in a document
storage company. Presently, Tom serves as the President of
Flourish Press Inc, but leaves room in his schedule to take
on cool speaking and consulting opportunities.

He
lives in Kitchener, Ontario with his spouse and two boys. More than
anything, his family challenges him to live what he teaches. Tom
is active with his family in community kids chess and music programs.
