Carmen
has over 18 years experience in facilitating frameworks to enable
individuals to take a proactive approach to building their dreams.
She is adept at moving others onto center stage, while directing
from the wings. Defining her success in terms of the unusual approaches
and solutions she has brought to each job, rather than by impressive
titles listed on her resume.
Her previous work includes: executive coaching, co-owning and operating
a successful consulting and training company serving the eco-tourism
industry. Working in the therapeutic and health services industries
such as the Homewood Health Centre, Community Mental Health Clinic,
and St. Joseph Hospital, all located in Guelph, Ontario.

Carmen
has helped hundred's of business leaders and teams embrace the power

the stampede when it comes to leading positive change efforts.
She holds a diploma in Organizational Leadership from Fanshawe College
in London, Ontario and is also a graduate of the Strategic Business
Management Program from the E-Myth Academy in Santa Rosa, California.

In
her leisure time Carmen enjoys playing in nature and capturing her
experiences through creative writing, photography, sketching and
graphic design. Her second love is reading books on biographies
of humanitarians; health and wellness; entrepreneurship and business,
and philosophy.
