FirstView Online Assessment
There
are many elements we use to assist us in predicting the best candidate
for the position we are hiring for. Elements such as: resumes and
cover letters, telephone interviews, testing, in-person interviews
and background checks. Tests are used as part of our selection process
to assist in determining whether a candidate has the right characteristics
to succeed on a particular type of job. At no time in the selection
process are candidate test scores used in isolation.
The FirstView is an online assessment that produces
a profile of your cognitive skills and personal/interpersonal competencies
that shows the potential strengths of being successful in a particular
position, as well as the obstacles that may interfere with successful
performance.
You will need about 15 minutes of uninterrupted
time to complete the assessment. Please follow the directions listed
below to take the assessment.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
Internet Connection 128K or higher
The system will work with Dial Up, however pages will load slowly.
Candidates should not touch ANYTHING while waiting for pages to
load.

Any attempt to interrupt or lengthen the timing on the timed cognitive
skills section will result in an invalid score for that section.
